Thai Sweet Chili Fish Tacos

Taco.. Taco... Taco.. I love a great Fish Taco with a banging taste. When you think tacos, most people cook the typical chicken, beef, steak or shrimp as the main protein. I am always thinking outside the box when it comes to a fabulous plate of tacos. The sauce that I used was a Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, which worked very well with the Swai fish. This is a quick and simple meal that can be fixed for a sporting event, kid snack, dinner, or birthday party. This is also a fun dish can be taught to kids who are wanting to learning about cooking.
