In 2016, I took a trip to Mexico and this is when I fell in love with guacamole. I enjoyed learning about different cultures and their food types, which gave me a new appreciation for the quality and flavor of food. Being able to travel internationally was a great experience, because I got the opportunity to gain new insight on cooking ideas that I gathered to bring back to my hometown. Whenever I cook a Mexican-Inspired dish, I get excited because my style of cooking is unique, fulfilling, and tasteful. This is a simple dish that can be put together within 15 minutes. Simple Cooking + Basic Ingredients = Satisfaction.
